These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the local carrier or government authority.

  • Return Policy: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • Delivery Address: International orders must be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
