General Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package, provided the hair extensions are in the same condition as when shipped.

  • Condition: Items must not be used or altered (brushed, combed, cut, or washed) and should have the original MRP tag intact.

  • Exclusions: Returns/exchanges are not accepted on customized products, hair accessories, or hair tools. However, in special circumstances, an exchange may be offered.

Exchange and Return Guidelines:

  1. One-Time Return/Exchange: Each product is eligible for a one-time return or exchange.

  2. Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange only, not returns.

  3. Quality Check: Refunds will be processed within 6-7 days after HAIRSHOPY receives the product and completes the quality check.

For COD customers, our team will contact you to process the refund through a suitable online payment gateway. Most banks take 3-5 business days to process the return, but it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
